3. Masterclass and Provider Profile information
If you book the CQC Registration Masterclass™, we may collect additional information required to prepare and deliver the programme.

Registered Manager status;

governance, workforce and operational-readiness information;
learning needs;
attendance information;
workbook or diagnostic responses where submitted to us.
Please do not provide identifiable service-user information, unnecessary special-category data or confidential third-party information in Masterclass forms or exercises unless we have specifically asked for it and there is an appropriate lawful basis for doing so.
4. Payment information
Payments made through our website may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, through the Hostinger ecommerce platform.
CCSG does not normally receive or store your full debit or credit card details.
Payment providers may process personal and financial information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

8. Microsoft Teams and online delivery
The CQC Registration Masterclass™ and other online services may be delivered using Microsoft Teams or another appropriate online meeting platform.
Where you attend an online session, the platform may process information such as:
your display name;
email address;
profile information;
device and connection information;
chat messages;
meeting attendance information.
CCSG does not routinely record the Masterclass unless participants have been informed in advance and an appropriate basis exists.
9. Hostinger and website services
Our website and ecommerce services are hosted or supported by Hostinger.
Hostinger may process technical, website, ecommerce and customer information on our behalf or as an independent provider in accordance with its own contractual and privacy arrangements.
10. Email and automation systems
We may use Hostinger email, Hostinger Reach or other approved systems to manage:
booking confirmations;
joining instructions;
participant resources;
reminders;
post-event communications;
feedback requests;
marketing communications where permitted.
Where third-party providers process personal data on our behalf, we expect them to provide appropriate data-protection safeguards.
11. Participant resources and certificates
We may use participant information to:
provide controlled access to Masterclass resources;
identify the participant associated with a booking;
confirm attendance;
determine eligibility for a Certificate of Completion;
issue certificates;
administer any applicable Masterclass Client Credit.

We will not publish an identifiable testimonial, photograph, business name or attributed quotation for promotional purposes unless we have an appropriate lawful basis and, where appropriate, your permission.
