2. The CQC Registration Masterclass™
The CQC Registration Masterclass™ is a live professional development and provider-readiness programme designed for people planning to establish a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service in England.
The Founding Cohort is scheduled for:
Day 1 — BUILD
Tuesday 22 September 2026
9:30am–1:00pm
Day 2 — PROVE
Thursday 24 September 2026
9:30am–1:00pm
Delivery is live online.
A booking covers one named participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Masterclass fee
The Founding Cohort fee is:
£295 per participant
Payment is required in full at checkout unless CCSG has agreed another arrangement in writing.
A place is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and CCSG has issued booking confirmation.
4. What is included
A Masterclass booking includes access to both scheduled live half-day sessions together with the participant resources specified for that cohort.
The programme is designed to help participants work towards outputs including:
Registration Readiness Score™
Provider Registration Blueprint™
Registration Risk Radar™
30-Day Registration Action Plan™
Participant Workbook and supporting resources
Certificate of Completion, where applicable
The precise content may be updated where reasonably necessary to maintain quality, accuracy or regulatory relevance.
5. Educational and consultancy disclaimer
The Masterclass provides education, guidance, structured self-assessment and practical provider-development support.
Participation does not:
constitute CQC approval;
guarantee that an application will be accepted;
guarantee registration;
guarantee a particular regulatory outcome;
constitute legal, accounting or financial advice;
replace the participant's responsibility to check requirements applicable to their own circumstances.
CQC requirements, processes and regulatory expectations may change. Participants remain responsible for ensuring that information relied upon for an actual application is current and appropriate.
6. Participant responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
providing accurate booking information;
attending using a suitable internet-connected device;
ensuring they can access Microsoft Teams or the stated delivery platform;
completing relevant preparatory work;
keeping their joining links secure;
participating professionally;
protecting confidential information;
not introducing identifiable service-user information unnecessarily during discussions.
Participants should use hypothetical or appropriately anonymised examples where discussing care practice.
7. Joining links and access
Joining links are for the booked participant only.
They must not be:
forwarded to another person;
posted publicly;
shared on social media;
used to enable an unbooked person to attend.
CCSG may refuse access to an individual whose identity or booking cannot reasonably be verified.
8. Recording
The Masterclass is not routinely recorded.
Participants must not make their own:
audio recordings;
video recordings;
screen recordings;
unauthorised reproductions of presentation content;
without prior written permission from CCSG.
9. Intellectual property
The CQC Registration Masterclass™, including its frameworks, diagnostics, workbook content, exercises, case studies, diagrams, teaching methods and associated resources, contains proprietary CCSG intellectual property.
Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use participant materials for:
their own learning; and
internal development of the provider with which they are directly involved.
Participants may not, without written permission:
reproduce or redistribute the materials;
sell them;
publish them;
upload them to public or shared repositories;
use them to deliver paid training;
use them to provide consultancy to third parties;
create competing commercial products derived from CCSG materials.
Ownership of CCSG intellectual property remains with Care Compliance Solutions Group Ltd.
10. Cancellation by the participant
If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory cancellation rights will apply where required by law.
Any additional contractual cancellation or transfer rights offered by CCSG will be stated during booking or in the applicable booking information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you wish to cancel, contact:
enquiries@carecompliancesolutionsgroup.co.uk
as soon as possible.
11. Transfers and substitute participants
Where CCSG agrees, a booking may be transferred to another suitable participant before the programme begins.
Any request should be made in writing.
CCSG may require the replacement participant to complete the relevant pre-Masterclass information before attendance.
Transfers to a later cohort are subject to availability and any conditions stated in the applicable booking terms.
12. Non-attendance
Failure to attend does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where a participant misses all or part of a session, CCSG will determine what support or transfer option, if any, can reasonably be offered.
Because the programme is designed as an interactive live experience, recordings are not routinely supplied as a substitute for attendance.
13. Cancellation or rescheduling by CCSG
CCSG will make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as advertised.
If CCSG must cancel a programme and cannot provide an acceptable alternative date, affected participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include:
transfer to a future cohort; or
refund of the amount paid for the cancelled programme.
CCSG is not responsible for indirect losses such as travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or other consequential expenditure incurred by a participant.
14. Technical disruption
CCSG will take reasonable steps to maintain a reliable online delivery environment.
If a significant technical failure prevents delivery, CCSG may:
pause the programme;
move participants to a contingency meeting room;
reschedule affected content; or
provide another reasonable remedy.
Temporary technical problems affecting an individual participant's own equipment or internet connection do not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
15. Participant conduct
CCSG may restrict or remove a participant where their conduct materially disrupts the programme, compromises confidentiality, threatens another person, breaches intellectual-property restrictions, or involves unauthorised recording.
Where appropriate, CCSG will normally provide a warning before removal unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.
16. Certificates
Any certificate issued confirms participation or completion of the applicable CCSG programme.
A CCSG Certificate of Completion does not constitute:
a regulated qualification;
CQC accreditation;
certification of regulatory competence;
evidence that CQC will approve an application.
17. Masterclass Client Credit
Where expressly offered, eligible participants may receive a Masterclass Client Credit towards a specified CCSG consultancy service.
For the September 2026 Founding Cohort, the stated offer is:
£295 Masterclass Client Credit
against the then-listed:
£4,995 Full CQC Registration Consultancy
resulting in an adjusted fee of:
£4,700
where the consultancy is commissioned within the specified eligibility period.
The current Founding Cohort credit expiry date is:
8 October 2026
The credit:
has no cash value;
is not transferable unless CCSG agrees otherwise;
cannot normally be combined with another discount;
applies only to the service expressly identified;
does not oblige the participant to purchase consultancy.
18. Availability and cohort size
Places are subject to availability.
The Founding Cohort is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
CCSG may close bookings early once capacity is reached.
19. Website and information accuracy
CCSG takes reasonable care to ensure information on its website is accurate.
However, regulatory guidance and external requirements may change.
Where current regulatory information is material to a decision, participants should verify the current position with the appropriate official source.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, CCSG is not responsible for losses arising solely because:
a participant chooses not to follow advice;
inaccurate or incomplete information was provided to CCSG;
a regulator reaches a decision different from the participant's expectation;
a third-party system or service fails outside CCSG's reasonable control.
21. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the CCSG Privacy Policy.
Participants should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal data or identifiable service-user information when completing Masterclass exercises.
22. Complaints
If you have a concern about a service purchased from CCSG, please contact:
enquiries@carecompliancesolutionsgroup.co.uk
We will aim to review and respond reasonably and professionally.
23. Changes to these Terms
CCSG may update these Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to a completed booking will normally be those made available to the customer when the contract was entered into, subject to changes required by law.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.
Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction or applicable law.
